Job Description

Our client, leading TV, Media and Entertainment organisation is seeking to recruit a Head of Programming. You will be reporting directly to the Head-Content

Dimensions & Accountability (KRA’s)

• Arabic GEC programming professional with proven GRP’s building expertise.

• Building and developing channel strategy and FPC planning.

• Upto 12 years experience in Arabic GEC space.

• 5 years experience in an Arabic GEC channel or network.

• Arabic content creation and programming scheduling expertise.

• Channel budget management and financial planning experience.

• Proven performance in ratings driven and Arabic TV market space.

• Research expertise in Pan Arab audiences with special focus on K.S.A

• Team leadership experience of managing the entire programming vertical.

• Thorough knowledge of Arabic fiction and non-fiction content creation and acquisition.

• Knowledge of editing and dubbing content for Arabic audiences.

Person Profile B>Experience, qualifications, skills required

-Graduate in any discipline, a management degree will be an added advantage.

-Valid UAE Driving Licence
