Canon, world-leader in imaging solutions, has announced that it will again participate at the Milan Design Week, one of the world’s largest design festivals held once a year in Milan, Italy. Held every April since 1961, this year’s Milan Design Week will run from April 17 to 22.
Canon first exhibited at the event in 2008, making 2012 the company’s fifth year to participate. Employing bold creativity and subtle sensitivities, designers from Japan will once again make use of Canon products to create new possibilities in imaging expression. By participating in Milan Design Week, Canon seeks to contribute to expanding the culture of imaging while promoting its comprehensive technological strengths to a wide audience.
Mai Youssef, Corporate Communications Manager, Canon Middle East, said, “Canon received excellent feedback during our previous participation at Milan Design Week and we are therefore looking forward to once again showcase the new possibilities that Canon’s imaging technologies have unlocked in the field of design. Canon is putting together an inspiring and captivating exhibition this year in collaboration with some of the most gifted and award-winning artists from Japan. This will surely be an exhibition that should not be missed.”
